Santosha Living’s Return Policies

• Course tuition will not be refunded once a course has begun because the audio files and videos are available for download. Kattie wants your full commitment before you begin; she’s fully committed to your progress once you’re her student/client.

• Consultation refunds: consultations scheduled with Kattie Maffeo will be charged a $50 no show/cancellation fee if the scheduled appointment is not changed, or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. This fee will be deducted from the initial amount paid to Kattie Maffeo. By scheduling an appointment with Kattie Maffeo you agree to these terms.

The reason these returns are strict is you’re buying access to content that you can use immediately upon purchase before the course begins.

• Course content is non-transferable and cannot be shared. If members break this policy, it is grounds for expulsion without a refund.

• Santosha Living will not share your personal information with anyone.
