Overtime this begins to affect your immune system and you may find yourself getting sick often, experiencing inflammation, or moving closer to an autoimmune disease.
Our bodies are designed to THRIVE and become more EFFICIENT with time; to REGENERATE not DEGENERATE and it all comes down to our DAILY HABITS.

I have designed a year long transformational journey; an epic experience for you to come along on to deeply establish a lifelong loving relationship with yourself.
In my years of working with clients I have found a common theme. That the natural rhythm of the daily and seasonal cycles are out of sync. Years of staying up to late, not getting enough rest, eating late, overeating, eating on the run, and consuming a poor diet begins to add up.
Along with stress from work and personal obligations the immune system weakens, and the bodies ability to regenerate itself slows down resulting in inflammation. This trajectory begins to breaks down the body and DIS-EASE sets in.
I’ve simplified and modernized the ancient healing systems of Yoga and Ayurveda so you can benefit from it's timeless wisdom. Weaving in behavioral science, and habit change to understand why we have the habits we do. How to change these habits, and automate them to allow us to enter a new way of living. In the end evolving your habits and your identity into the person you want to be!
The course is broken down into 12 weeks, 10 habits, 1 life changing experience.
We will cycle through these 10 habits 3 times a year. Reinforcing behavioral change and resulting in habits that last. Research has found that in order for habits to become automated it takes about 1 year. In those 12 weeks we will dive into habit evolution by learning the:

Santosha Living’s Return Policies
Course tuition will not be refunded once a course has begun because the audio files and videos are available for download. Kattie wants your full commitment before you begin; she’s fully committed to your progress once you’re her student/client.
Tuition refunds for Santosha Living courses will be issued if your cancellation request is received at least 48 hours before the start of a course, minus a processing fee.** the processing fees are as follows:
$100 for courses costing less than $350.
$200 for courses costing between $350 and $800.
$600 for courses and programs costing more than $900.
The reason these returns are strict is you’re buying access to content that you can use immediately upon purchase before the course begins.
Cancellations initiated within 48 hours of a course’s start will receive a refund minus 25 percent of the cost of tuition. No refunds will be issued after a course has begun. If circumstances necessitate, you may delay your start date one time.
Requests to defer course start dates should be sent to email@example.com One deferral per student is permitted. Once you’ve requested a deferral, you’re considered a member of the course. Thus, you are not eligible for any cancellation or refund.
Course content is non-transferable and cannot be shared. If members break this policy, it is grounds for expulsion without a refund.
